Expert in Information Technology applications in the fields of biology, environmental sciences, museology; in particular in applications of  information systems and geographic information systems in biodiversity
monitoring and conservation.
My main research interests are on GIS and machine learning applications for species distribution prediction, with a strong bias towards use and development of free-open source tools.
